What you need to know about Code Refresh | Richmond:  

Code Refresh involves changes to the City Zoning Ordinance that will determine the number, size, and type of buildings that will be allowed on existing residential properties. It is important to understand how these changes will impact your residence, community, and transportation as it will dramatically change the population density within the City.

The Sherwood Park Civic Association (SPCA) Safety & Government Affairs Committee has been following and participating in various public meetings for the past year. Members of the committee have been attending workshops and providing feedback to City Planning as well as the Zoning Advisory Committee. The public hearing draft will be ready for formal adoption in the Winter/Spring of 2026.
