Hello, Happy Monday!We’re writing to remind you that the comment period for the second draft of the proposed zoning map is still open. Community members can review the draft map and submit comments at www.rva.gov/coderefresh through February 15, 2026. As the City continues to accept feedback, our priority is making participation easy, accessible, and meaningful for all Richmonders. We encourage you and your networks to attend our upcoming virtual Office Hours on Tuesday, February 3, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. During this session, City staff will demonstrate how to use the online mapping tool and answer questions about the draft zoning map and the Code Refresh process. Our goal is for attendees to leave feeling confident in their ability to provide meaningful feedback and empowered to share what they’ve learned with others.
